7. Account Suspension and Closure
77j reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time if there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage use, or any other conduct that poses a risk to the platform, other users, or legal compliance obligations. In cases where a suspension is issued for investigation purposes, 77j will endeavour to communicate the reason to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe, except where doing so would compromise a legal or regulatory investigation. During a suspension, the account holder will be unable to access funds held in the account until the investigation is resolved.
Users also have the right to request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 77j support team. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance — subject to standard withdrawal verification requirements — will be returned to the account holder using an approved payment method. Accounts that have been closed due to a breach of these terms will not be entitled to the return of funds that were accumulated through fraudulent means. 77j also reserves the right to void any bets or winnings that were generated through abuse of promotions, exploitation of software errors, or other activities that violate fair use standards. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity only.
